Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website yshipp.com and of the software applications and tools operated by yshipp (Yonatan Shippin, Israel) that connect to Google and Meta advertising accounts (the "Apps"). By using the website or authorizing an App, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you have a separate written service agreement with yshipp, that agreement takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.

2. What the Apps do

The Apps let yshipp report on and manage advertising accounts on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) on behalf of its clients. Depending on the permissions you grant, the Apps can read account data and performance, and can create, edit, pause, enable or remove campaigns, ad sets, ads, keywords and audiences, and change budgets, bids and targeting.

3. Eligibility and authorization

You may connect an account only if you are at least 18 years old and you own the advertising account or are authorized by its owner to grant access. You are responsible for making sure that connecting the account is allowed under your organization's policies.

4. Account changes and AI assistants

By granting management permissions you authorize yshipp to make changes to the connected accounts within the scope of the services agreed with you. yshipp may use AI assistants (such as Claude by Anthropic) to analyze data and to carry out changes. AI assistants act only on yshipp's instructions, and yshipp remains responsible for the changes made. All changes appear in the platforms' own change history.

You can limit or withdraw access at any time, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Ad spend and results

Advertising costs are charged by Google and Meta directly to the payment method on your ad account, and you are responsible for them. Budget changes are made within limits agreed with you. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, cost per lead or return on ad spend.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Your ads, landing pages and offers must comply with the law and with the advertising policies of Google and Meta.
  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for customer data you upload or collect, such as customer lists or lead forms.
  • You must not use the Apps to break the law, to violate the Google or Meta terms, or to try to access accounts you are not authorized to use.

7. Third-party platforms

The Apps depend on Google and Meta services, which are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy decisions, account suspensions, API changes or data errors on those platforms. Use of Google APIs is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service, and use of Meta data is subject to the Meta Platform Terms.

8. Ownership

You keep all rights to your ad accounts, data and creative materials. yshipp keeps all rights to the Apps, their code and our working methods. You give us permission to use your data and materials only to provide the services to you.

9. Availability

The Apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop any part of them, and we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, yshipp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. yshipp's total liability for any claim relating to the Apps is limited to the fees you paid yshipp in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending use

You may stop using the Apps at any time by revoking access. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if Google or Meta require it. When access ends, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the effective date above, and notify active clients by email of any significant change before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
